The jazz program at UW Madison invites high school students from South
Central Wisconsin to audition for its Annual High School Honors Jazz Band.
The band is looking for student musicians who are passionate about playing
jazz and who are looking to challenge themselves through rehearsing and
performing exciting new big band repertoire. Over the course of two weeks,
students will work closely with UW Madison’s Director of Jazz Studies,
