Hello and happy Sunday team, We have a BUSY week ahead! Schedule for this week is: Monday: PM practice at the Rec Tuesday: PM at the Rec Wednesday: AM lifting with Maddie from 6:00-6:45am then PM, meet prep at the Rec Thursday: PM- we are headed to Stillwater for our meet. Parents- we are eating as a team at Joes immediately following the meet, feel free to join us! Swimmers- make sure to pack extra $ for dinner after the meet. I will send out departure details later this week via Remind.
