Copenhagen. She is an open minded musician with passion for exploring new
sounds and expressions. Composing her own music in the solo-project Mika
Akim. Besides being a member of the ensembles Halvcirkel, Damkapellet,
Stök, Crush String Collective and Nick Martin Ensemble, Mika is working as
a freelance musician in the fields of baroque music, contemporary music and
free improvised music.
