In general, I love living here and just renewed my lease but I'm very disappointed about some things: 1. Dirty parking garage/insufficient trash cans 2. Ugly service elevator 3. No access to courtyard (2nd floor) 4. No WiFi in clubhouse 5. Parking app is terrible 6. Courtyard fountain/ fire hasn't worked in a very long time.
