Theoretically, I could charge the internal battery at the same time as an external one -- but considering the 3A charge limit and the fact that I didn't include a battery integrator / isolator, that wouldn't be a great idea. Instead, I can just unplug the internal battery from the PS-4 when I want to charge an external one...
